Arrival & stay conditions
- Glamping tents are available from 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am.
- Low season: minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Mid & high season: minimum stay usually 7 nights
(arrival and departure days are flexible). - Last-minute short stays in high season: possible depending on availability.

Important information for your stay

Not included (available to hire). - Visitors & vehicles
Visitors must be registered at reception.
Additional vehicles and visitors are charged according to the current rates.
Visitors have no access to the swimming pool (insurance reasons). - Pets
Dogs are not allowed in rental accommodation. - Quiet & behaviour
Quiet hours on the campsite: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The interior of the tents is non-smoking. - Safety
Charging electric vehicles on the campsite is strictly prohibited (fire risk – the electrical network is not suitable). - Acceptance of the rules
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these rules and the commitment to respect them.

Payment
- Booking more than 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit (minimum 1 night), by bank transfer.
- Glamping balance: payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Booking less than 30 days before arrival: 100% payable immediately.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash (no credit card on site).
- Security deposit: €150 in cash on arrival (refundable if no damage).
Cancellation
- Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival → 30% of the total stay.
- Cancellation within 30 days before arrival → 100% of the total stay.

How much does glamping at Mas Cauvy cost in total?
Prices start from €70 per night in low season.
This is the price for one night. For stays of a week or longer, we offer a better weekly rate (meaning the price per night is lower).
In addition to the rental price, you only pay the tourist tax (€0.22 per night per adult) and the environmental contribution (€0.25 per night per person). Optional extras can be added when booking.
What is included in the price of the glamping tent?
The price is for a fully furnished tent with beds, duvets and pillows, furniture and kitchen equipment.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be added to your booking.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Are there any additional costs or a security deposit?
Tourist tax and the environmental contribution may be charged as listed above.
On arrival, a security deposit of €150 (cash) may be requested. This will be refunded if no damage is found.
What is the minimum stay?
Below you will find the minimum stay requirements that generally apply:
- In low season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
- In mid and high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Shorter stays may sometimes be possible, depending on availability.

In low season, arrival and departure days are flexible.
In mid and high season, you can choose your own arrival and departure day (no fixed changeover day).

How do payment and cancellation work?
Deposit
30% of the total stay amount (minimum the equivalent of 1 night)
Payment of the balance
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation
If you cancel between 60 and 31 days before arrival, the deposit remains due and non-refundable.
If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, the full stay amount is due.
