Length of stay & arrival – Bed & Breakfast

We care about a warm, personal welcome and we take the time to prepare each room properly.
For this reason, we prefer stays of several nights.

Minimum stay: 2 nights
Minimum 3 nights during long weekends
(Easter, 1 May, 8 May, Ascension, Pentecost and in July/August)
Minimum 4 nights between 11 July and 24 August
Shorter stays (1 or 2 nights) may be possible last-minute, depending on availability

Arrival & departure
Arrival from 16:00 – departure by 10:30.

Staying in our Bed & Breakfast implies acceptance of the house rules and the commitment to follow them.

Payment & cancellation – B&B rooms

These conditions are intended to keep everything clear and simple. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Payment

Booking more than 30 days before arrival: 30% booking deposit of the total cost of the stay (minimum equivalent to 1 night).
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay is due at the time of booking.
Payment is preferably made by bank transfer. Payment by bank card may also be offered through a secure online payment system. On site, payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. Bank card payment is not available directly on site.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, regardless of the date, the booking deposit paid will be retained by Mas Cauvy.
In the event of cancellation 30 days or less before arrival, the full cost of the stay remains payable and will be retained by Mas Cauvy.
