Le Mas Cauvy is a small campsite in the south of France, near the Cevennes. It is located between Alès and Anduze, with a beautiful view of the fields around the campsite.
Classified by Atout France in “Aire Naturelle” and member of the ‘Federation de l’Hôtellerie de Plein Air’, we are keen to develop our campsite to bring you more comfort, while respecting the calm and simplicity that characterize us.
Pitches to camp in France with own tent or caravan
The pitches are not delimited and open to the surrounding nature. The campsite is small in number of places but large in space.
There are several areas in the campsite, and each has its characteristics, which allows us to satisfy everyone’s tastes.
We have no mobile home or chalets to rent so you have to bring your own tent or caravan.
Please let us know your equipment (tent, or caravan, or camper) and its size when booking, so that we can give you the best suited place.
Toilets and showers area
In 2019, we completely renovated the small sanitary building behind the barn.
We have also transformed the sanitary facilities near the reception to build a shower-sink-wc set for people with reduced mobility.
For summer 2020, we have renovated the sanitary facilities in the wood area.
For 2021, we have finalised our sanitation renovation program with showers and sinks in the barn near the reception.
In all the toilets, we provide free toilet paper. Please do not hesitate to warn us if you find it empty.
We understand that hygiene is very important to you. The cleaning is done thoroughly every day and we make our best to keep everything clean.
Hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant sprays are also available everywhere in our rural camping.
