Conditions of admission and stay

To be admitted to enter, set up or stay on the campsite, authorization must be obtained from the manager or their representative. The latter is responsible for ensuring the proper order and good conduct of the campsite and for enforcing these internal regulations.

Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them.
No one may establish residence here.

Police formalities

Any person staying at least one night on the campsite must first present identification to the reception office and complete the formalities required by the authorities. Any minor must, for the entire duration of their stay, be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Installation

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the pitch indicated, in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.

Reception office

Opening hours:
High season: 9am – 12pm and 3pm – 7pm
Low season: 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 6:30pm

Arrivals take place between 3pm and 7pm (or 6:30pm in low season).

At reception you will find information about campsite services, local shops, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the area and various useful addresses.

A system for collecting and handling complaints is available to customers.

Display

These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at reception. They are available for download on our website and provided to any customer upon request.

The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by consumer law and are available at reception.

Departure procedures

Guests are requested to inform reception of their departure the day before leaving. Payment for the stay must be made the day before departure between 2:30pm and 7pm.
The pitch must be vacated before 11am.

Noise and silence

Guests are requested to avoid any noise or discussions that may disturb their neighbours.

Audio devices must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and boots should be closed as quietly as possible.

Silence must be strictly observed between 10pm and 8am.

Visitors

After authorization from the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers hosting them.

A visitor fee applies according to the displayed tariff.

Visitors’ vehicles must be parked at the entrance of the campsite.

Vehicle circulation and parking

Inside the campsite, vehicles must not exceed 10 km/h.

Only vehicles belonging to guests staying on the campsite are allowed to circulate within the grounds.

Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches normally occupied by accommodation unless a specific parking space has been provided.

Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from setting up.

Cleanliness and appearance of installations

Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, especially sanitary facilities.

It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in drains.

Wastewater must be emptied in the designated facilities.

Household waste and all other rubbish must be deposited in the bins provided.

Plants and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches or plant vegetation.

It is not permitted to mark out a pitch with personal installations or to dig the ground.

Any damage to vegetation, fences, land or campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible.

The pitch used during the stay must be left in the condition in which it was found upon arrival.

Safety – Fire

Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited on pitches. The communal barbecue may only be used in the absence of wind.

Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions.

It is forbidden to charge hybrid/electric vehicles on the campsite’s electrical network due to fire risk and potential overload.

In case of fire, immediately inform the management. Fire extinguishers are available if necessary.

A first aid kit is available at reception.

Theft

The management has a general duty of supervision of the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own installations and must report any suspicious person to the manager.

Guests are advised to take usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.

Playground

No violent or disturbing games may be organized near the facilities.
The management declines all responsibility in the event of accidents involving children, who must remain under parental supervision at all times.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is not supervised.

A specific regulation is displayed at the entrance to the pool and must be respected.

It is forbidden to enter wearing shoes or to eat inside the pool area. Please shower before entering the water.

Running, diving, jumping or pushing is prohibited.

Children under 12 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult.

Parents remain fully responsible for supervising their children.

Animals

Dogs and other animals are accepted subject to prior authorization from management. They must be kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination record.

They must not be left on the campsite, even enclosed, in the absence of their owners, who are legally responsible for them.

Owners must ensure that any fouling is prevented or cleaned up.

Animals are strictly forbidden in the sanitary facilities and in the swimming pool area.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Data protection

The information you provide at the time of booking is confidential and will under no circumstances be transmitted to third parties.

In accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal data concerning you. To exercise this right, simply submit your request in writing.

Breach of regulations

If a resident disturbs the stay of other users or fails to comply with these regulations, the manager or their representative may, verbally or in writing if deemed necessary, require them to cease the disturbance.

In the event of serious or repeated breach of the regulations and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call the authorities.

In case of dispute and after contacting the campsite’s customer service, any guest may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within one year from the date of written complaint sent by registered letter to the operator.

Specific conditions

Pitches intended for caravans cannot accommodate twin-axle caravans. The maximum number of persons per pitch is limited to 6, including campers and visitors.
