Everything is designed for comfortable use, with respect for others and for the calm on site.
Swimming pool & relaxation
The pool is fully fenced and designed for relaxation.
There is no lifeguard: parents remain responsible for supervising children.
To keep the atmosphere peaceful, we ask guests not to dive or jump.
Before swimming, please rinse off under the solar shower.
For families
Mas Cauvy is ideal for families who value peace and simplicity.
There is a small children’s play area, suited to a small, quiet campsite.
There is no entertainment programme and no busy schedule. Children play freely here, in a calm and safe environment.
Cooking & outdoor living
A shared barbecue is available on site, in a fixed and safe area.
For fire safety reasons, wood or charcoal barbecues are not allowed on the pitches.
Cooking with gas or electricity is allowed.
You can pick up the barbecue grill at reception.
Fresh bread & local produce
In season, the baker comes to the campsite around 8:00 am (except Sundays). No reservation is needed, and he usually stays only briefly — listen for the short horn when he arrives. (The baker comes when there are enough guests, generally from May to September).
Besides the bread service, supermarkets are nearby for daily shopping. In the village, there is also a weekly market on Tuesday mornings with local produce.

Waste & recycling
At Mas Cauvy, we care about sorting waste.
On site, you’ll find collection points for general waste, paper, glass and packaging.
We kindly ask guests to sort carefully — it’s a simple way to help protect the nature around the campsite.
Water use & sanitary system
Water is a precious resource in our region, especially in summer. We ask guests to use it mindfully — for example, by keeping showers short.
Our sanitary system is connected to a natural reed-bed (phyto) wastewater treatment system.
For this reason, please do not throw wet wipes, sanitary towels, tampons or any solid items into the toilets. Chemical or aggressive products are also not allowed.
By following these simple guidelines, the system works properly and we protect nature together.
Quiet hours & safety
Mas Cauvy is a quiet campsite where peace and calm come naturally.
We kindly ask for complete quiet between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Traffic on site is limited and slow, so guests can move around safely and comfortably.
For safety and peace of mind, the automatic entrance gate is closed during the night.
To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow the campsite rules available at reception.
